Libor Foldyna, Ph.D. The aim of this Master's Thesis is to identify and analyze the current state of the City Sports Hall, based on the results of the physical protection measures aimed at reducing the risk of property damage and preventing unauthorized access to the building. The introductory part is theoretical, and it describes legal regulations and norms which relate to the subject matter, and from which the physical protection of the object is defined. The paper also deals with the description of the physical security in general subsequently with the description of the current state of the object. The practical part deals with the identification and evaluation of undesirable risks that need to be addressed n the design of the security system. The final part of the paper proposes three innovative security designs and selects the most effective option.
