Ekotoxikologické vlastnosti odpadů z hutních výrob

Abstract

Bachelor thesis titled “Ecological properties of metallurgical waste” is focused on the evaluation of the ecotoxicological properties of the waste. The thesis presents wastes and their impact on the environment, which arise in metallurgical enterprises with a closed cycle. The object of the theoretical part is putting in issue of evaluation of the ecotoxicological properties of the waste. There is also described the division of bioassays. The practical part is focused on the results of the ecotoxicological properties and chemical parameters of the elemental composition including environmentally hazardous metals and their oxides. There are the values that were determined by accredited basic chemical methods, which are in the experimental part gradually mentioned. Biological tests were realized on daphnias (Daphnia magna), green algaes (Desmodesmus subspicatus), fishes (Poecilia reticulata) and higher plants (Sinapis alba), where was observed a possible influence of toxic effects on living organisms and the environment.
