Analýza zdrojů financování reálné investice

Abstract

An investment decisions and long-term financing, which is to decide from what resources will be financed an investment project, is an important part of financial management and planning of the company. The company should choose a source of financing that provides the lowest average costs of capital and not disrupt the financial stability of the company. The aim of this work is a comparison of selected financing sources of the real investment by using the present value of the expenditures and the subsequent selection of the optimal source of financing. In the theoretical part there is characteristic of financing resources and methods of evaluation of funding sources. There is also a description of the company and the investment. In the practical part of the work is calculating the total discounted costs of selected sources of financing, which are own resources, bank loan and financial leasing. Then there is a comparison and selection of the optimal funding source of the investment.
