Systém pro plánování směn

Abstract

Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnutie a následné zrealizovanie systému na plánovanie smien . Návrh daného systému vznikol na základe vedomostí získaných analýzou a štúdiom danej problematiky. Plánovanie smien zamestnancov sa zaraďuje k NP-ťažkým problémom. Návrh riešenia je založený na kombinácii programovaní z obmedzujúcimi podmienkami a na myšlienkach optimalizačnej metódy GRASP (Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure). Plánovanie smien zamestnancov patrí z hľadiska manažmentu do oblasti riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Jedným z cieľov tejto diplomovej práce bolo aby bol navrhnutý systém použiteľný v reálnej spoločnosti. Na splnenie tohto cieľa som využil poznatky z analýzy a vlastných skúsenosti z danej oblasti. Pri vývoji systému boli použité technológie .NET Frameworku.

The aim of this thesis is to design and implement system for scheduling the shifts. Design of given system was developed based on knowledge acquired during analysis and study of problem. Planning of employees shifts is one of NP-hard problems. Design of solution is based on combination programming with limiting conditions and optimization method GRASP (Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure). Scheduling the employees shifts belongs to human resource management. One of the goals of this diploma thesis was to ensure that designed system is usable in real world situation in real company. I used the knowledge from analysis and my own experience from this area to fulfill this goal. The .NET framework technologies were used during the implementation of the system.
