Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the economics of selected primary schools in the Moravian-Silesian Region in individual years 2010-2016. The second chapter defines the forms of financing of regional education in the Czech Republic. There is introduced the issue of education, the structure of education, the way
of financing through normative schedules and the way of financing the contributory organizations in the form of contributions of the founder, which is a territorial
self-governing unit. Chapter Three is focused on the analysis of the economics
of selected elementary schools. The fourth chapter analyses the financial and performance indicators and the overall summary.
