Správa a hospodaření vybraného úřadu městského obvodu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá správou a hospodařením městského obvodu Radvanice a Bartovice v letech 2015 – 2019. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretická východiska týkající se vymezení pojmů veřejná správa, územní samospráva, samostatná a přenesená působnost obce. Analytická část se týká charakteristiky vybraného obvodu, dále řeší činnost městského úřadu a zaměstnance ve sledovaném období 2015-2019. Obsahem je také analýza jednotlivých příjmů a výdajů se zaměřením na hospodaření městského úřadu. Výsledkem analýzy je uspokojivé hospodaření s vyrovnaným rozpočtem.

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the administration and economy of Radvanice and Bartovice district from 2015 to 2019. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and analytical parts. The theoretical one involves the theoretical basis together with the definition of terms, such as public administration, local government, local government decision-making and decisions in areas of delegated powers. The analytical part characterizes the selected district, concentrates on the Municipality district administration and its employees in the above-mentioned period. Moreover, the thesis analyses the particular incomes and expenses of the aforesaid Municipality district. The net income as a result of the analysis reveals a satisfactory income with the balanced budget.
