Zhodnocení úrovně etického řízení ve vybrané mezinárodní korporaci

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on analyzing the level of ethical management in a selected international corporation. The aim of the thesis is to assess how the company's code of ethics is integrated into daily practice and what values and principles are promoted within the firm. The research includes a detailed analysis of corporate documents, including the code of ethics, annual reports, and sustainability reports, as well as semi-structured interviews with key employees of the company. The findings indicate that the company predominantly emphasizes an educational approach in its code of ethics, with shared values such as respect and responsibility being dominant. Additionally, the need for regular revision and simplification of the code of ethics was identified. The results of this thesis provide important insights into the effectiveness of ethical management and propose measures to improve ethical governance within the organization.
