Abstract

Vysoká škola báňská – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Indoor Environmental Engineering and Building Services. The theme of my master´s thesis is to design of heating and ventilation of the health center. The Master´s thesis is divided into two parts. The first part addresses the construction project documentation of the health center fulfilling relevant standards and requirements. The second part of building technology solves house heating including hot water. Heating system is designed for low temperature floor heating. The source of energy will be a gas condensing boiler, which also serves for the preparation of hot water. The health center will be ventilated using three air handling units to ensure optimum air exchange. This air handling unit will be designed for a clean room in which the treatment room is located. Toilet rooms, bathrooms and cleaning rooms will be ventilated using axial duct fans. The next part of the work processes calculation of the heat loss of the building, thermal-technical evaluation of building structures, processing the energy label of the building envelope and building energy performance certificate. The Master´s thesis includes technical reports, drawings and attachments.
