Diploma thesis looks into a project realization documentation of an apartment building. It deals with possible variants of roof realization and includes the chosen realization technology. Detailed project documentation corresponding with the given phase of realization is included in the scope of the thesis, altogether with thermal technical assessment of the chosen part, itemized bill of quantities and time schedule complemented with a solution for organization of building site and the realization itself.

Technological part of the flat roof is realized as single-skin non walkable mechanically anchored PVC foil or as extensive green roof. The selected solution is analyzed in terms of time and construction requirements, maintenance requirements, materials and selected construction options.
