Experimentální zkoušení předpjatých průmyslových podlah

Abstract

Prestressed industrial floors and prestressed slabs-on-ground foundation structures are designed difficult foundation conditions and heavy loads. The application of pre-stressed foundation structures is very recommended to apply for regions exposed to the effects of undermining or seismic activity.. However, in the Czech Republic, this technical solution is rare. Especially pre-stressed fiber reinforced industrial floors are a very suitable solution for complicated foundation conditions, but without wider practical use. The aim of this dissertation is create a comparison of conventional technologies with new potential methods based on real experimental measurements. Another scope of experimental testing was investigating the influence of prestressing of the reinforcement by means of electroheating, the principle of thermal expansion. For this research was necessary to design and construct a originál heating systém. This systm must work sufficiently and eliminate the disavnatages of existing methods.
