Abstract

Evaluating competitiveness of manufacturing company is realized for company ABC and XYZ. Companies produce products of meat, milk and bakery products. By companies of the sector has been realized financial analysis. Another method has been evaluated by Pollak’s vitality by the company. The company ABC and XYZ has been analysed by the Pollak’s method by vitality of the company. The conclusion of the thesis is a comprehensive assessment of strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats based on the output of each analysis. The results are used as a basis for recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of selected companies.
