This thesis deals with the evaluation of risks that are associated with the textile industry. The first part describes the legislation ATEX 137 and its important points. It further describes the basic knowledge about technology weaving machines, machine configuration and the main part of the machine, where is a potentially explosive dust. The second part analyzes the risks of company Štenc Inc. For the company there are specified technical-safety parameters. The outgrowth of this work is to propose organizational and technical measures, which are economically evaluated in the final part.
