Strukturně fázová analýza duplexní oceli X2CrNiMoN22-5-3

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na korozivzdornou austeniticko-feritickou duplexní ocel X2CrNiMoN22-5-3. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rozdělení duplexních oceli, jejich výrobu a následné zpracování. V praktické části jsou porovnávány změny ve struktuře u vzorku z duplexní oceli v základním „dodaném“ stavu a u vzorku po laboratorním žíhání. U těchto vzorků byly také zkoumány změny mechanických vlastností pomocí tahové zkoušky, zkoušky tvrdosti a mikrotvrdosti. Na závěr se zkoumalo chemické složení vměstku a jejich rozložení v matrici.

This thesis is focused on the stainless austenitic-ferritic duplex steel X2CrNiMoN22-5-3. The theoretical part focuses on the selection duplex steel, their production and subsequent processing. In the practical part going changes in the structure compared with a sample of duplex stainless steel in a basic as-received state and sample after lab annealing. These samples were also examined changes in the mechanical properties by tensile testing, hardness testing and microhardness. Finally, it was examined the chemical composition of inclusions and their distribution in the matrix.
