The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development project for Mini Brewery with restaurant in village Štípa. Bachelor thesis is a continuation of previous project works ATT II (architectural study) and ATT Va (documentation for building permit). The goal was to create architectural composition minibrewery near the ZOO Zlín Lešná. The condition was, that building tune with the environment and exploit the bussines potential ZOO and Zlín region, where there is no local source of beer.
