Abstract

The submitted presents a draft of the Plan for Opening, Preparation and Extraction within the meaning of Ordinance No. 104/1988 Coll. on the rational use of exclusive deposits, permitting and reporting on mining activities and reporting activities associated with mining at the deposit Bělice in the current mining area, which the organization could use in the future for their own needs. Part of the proposed changes is also updated plan for remediation and reclamation, including technical design and construction schedule, quantifying the expected cost of the expected mining damages, remediation and reclamation and proposal for the creation of financial reserves for remediation, reclamation and mining damages.
