Diagnostika průmyslových objektů

Abstract

Práce se zabývá spolehlivostí diagnostiky vakuových vývěv. Jejím cílem je přinést informaci o efektivitě procesu testování. Analýza je rozdělena do tří, logicky navazujících, celků. V první části zjišťujeme zdali všechny testovací stanice měří stejně – pracujeme zde s nulovou hypotézou, že jednotlivé stanice naměří různé výsledky na stejném produktu. V druhé části hledáme kombinaci hodnot testovacích parametrů, které by charakterizovaly neshodný produkt, zjištěný u zákazníka. Jinými slovy se ptáme na to, zdali určitá kombinace hodnot v rámci testovacích mezí indikuje poruchu produktu, která se projeví s odstupem času – tedy u zákazníka. Respektive jestli nastavení testování pokrývá všechny vymezitelné poruchy. Pracujeme zde s nulovou hypotézou, že určitá vada produktu není zachycená současným testováním. Třetí bod podává návrh na snížení zmetkovitosti. Součástí je analýza reklamovaného produktu, která poukazuje na příležitost k vylepšení v oblasti čistoty montovaných dílů. Sběr dat probíhal po dobu 3 měsíců. Výsledky byly statisticky analyzovány.

Thesis deals with the reliability of diagnosis vacuum pumps. Its aim is to provide information about efficiency of the testing process. The analysis is divided into three logical units. In the first part we test all measuring stations if their measuring is stabel. We are working with the null hypothesis that the individual stations have measured different results on the same product. In the second part we test a combination of values of parameters that characterize the nonconforming product, determined by the customer. In other words, we ask the question whether certain combinations of values within the limits of the test indicates a fault of the product, which can be seen after some time - at the customer. Or if the setting testing covers all identifiable disorder. We are working with with the null hypothesis that a defect in a product is not captured by current testing. The third point gives a proposal to reduce scrap. Also included is an analysis of the claimed product that highlights the opportunity for improvements in the cleanliness of assembled parts. Data collection took place over a period of 3 months. The results were statistically analyzed.
