Proces interního schvalování dílů do sériové výroby

Abstract

This diploma thesis introduces creation of an internal guideline for process of parts approval for serial production at a supplier of automotive industry. The theoretical section presents two currently known methodologies describing this topic, compares them and explain general practice of their application in the supply chain of the automotive industry. The practical part creates a framework for the application of both of these methodologies, considering their requirements and the current status at the automotive supplier through the creation of internal guideline for the process of parts approval for serial production. The created guideline contains a flow chart of described process, an initiation matrix, a matrix of the necessary elements and an overview of the responsibilities for their compilation. The output of the work is an internal guideline implemented into integrated management system of the organization.
