The aim of the diploma thesis is to verify the adequate use of the information model of the BIM buildings. This system is used for security planning during project documentation. This diploma thesis also solves the use of the system in real practice. This diploma thesis also describes advantages and disadvantages of the system itself. The author also describes the conditions for the Solibri platform, which can identify the risks and dangers during buildig houses.
