Processes within the company have been successfully identified, described and illustrated with appropriate diagrams. It was found that the area of internal handovers has scope for simplification and acceleration. Original physical submission of documents for internal supply was replaced by a proposal for solving communication through the information system. It will not need to develop special software for the needs of internal handovers, but suffice to programmatically extend an existing Oracle applications. In the first part of this work has succeeded in creating a suitable theoretical basis for analysis and mapping process, which was easier practical application of methodologies on the other. The actual modeling was carried out in the ARIS Business Architect. Models in this program were created in very simple and intuitive way.
