Štúdia rekonštrukcie kina a úpravy okolistých ploch v Leopoldove

Abstract

The thesis examines possibilities for a reconstruction and conversion of an abandoned building into a multifunctional educational center with focus on utilization of surrounding areas and with consideration to users with reduced mobility. The first part focuses on summary of requirements for structures of similar use, and briefly compares two in Slovakia and Czech republic. The building of concern was earlier assessed based on brownfields analysis and categorized based on model for a potential development. Further the thesis elaborates in greater details on one of selected category and within the scope operational and typological study as well as constructional study.
