Zhodnocení personální politiky ve společnosti DEZA, a.s.

Abstract

The thesis is dealing with the evaluation of DEZA joint-stock company personnel policy. It´s devided into the part theoretical and practical. The first part is dealing with the theoretic basis of human resources. The Personnel Action and Human Resource Management in a selected organization is integrated into the second part of this work. The proposals and recommendations based on the analysis of obtained data, information and questionnaire investigation are shown in the labour conclusion.
