Modifikace měděného vodiče uhlíkatými materiály pro letecký a energetický průmysl

Abstract

The focus of this thesis is modification of copper powder by carbon nano/micromaterials and preparation of wire from the modified powders. The objective of the thesis is to enhance mechanical properties of the wire while saving the conductivity of the wire. Copper powder was modified by chemical vapor deposition and by homogenization with carbon microspheres. For confirmation of carbon presence were used analytical methods, such as scanning electron microscopy, total organic carbon analysis and Raman spectroscopy. Modified powders were then mixed with pure copper in desired ratio and used to produce wires. The produced wires were analyzed by conductivity, microstructure, microhardness (Vickers) and hardness (Brinell). Also, they were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, including mapping analysis.
