Abstract

Teoretická část této bakalářská práce popisuje obecnou problematiku Facility managementu. Jsou zde objasněny pojmy jako, co je to Facility management, jaké jsou jeho hlavní přínosy. Je zde vysvětleno, kdo je to Facility manažer a co je náplní jeho práce. Dále je definován životní cyklus staveb a rozebrány jednotlivé jeho fáze se všemi procesy a subjekty, které v nich hrají roli. Jsou zde vypsány základní hlediska při projektování, realizaci a vlastním užívání stavby, jejichž splnění je pro práci Facility manažera velmi důležité. Snahou této práce je také vypracovat přehled činností Facility manažera během životního cyklu stavby a popsat možnosti ovlivnění jednotlivých procesů, které v něm probíhají. V praktické části této práce, je ověřeno, že i v relativně jednoduchých podmínkách lze práci Facility manažera uplatnit. Rozsah této bakalářské práce je 43 číslovaných stran.

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the general issues of facility management. Concepts are explained as what is a facility management, what are its main benefits. It is explained, who is the Facility Manager and what is his tasks. Further defined the life cycle of buildings and discussed the various phases of all processes and entities that play a role in them. Listed here are the basic aspects of the design, implementation and use their own buildings, which are a work for facility managers is very important. Labour is also trying to enumerate the activities of facility managers throughout the life cycle of construction and describe the possibilities of influencing the different processes that take place there. In the practical part of this work, it is verified that even in relatively simple terms can work facility managers to apply. The scope of this work are 43 numbered pages.
