Abstract

The objective of this work is to find out level of customer satisfaction with a new sports center Colliery CrossFit. To measure customer satisfaction I have used online and personal survey. Data from research were then processed and analysed by software IBM SPSS Statistics. From analysis I have found out that clients of sports center are satisfied with sports center. Also results of this worked discovered few weak points of Colliery CrossFit, but this weak points were not important for clients.
