Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the administration and development of the town property with a focus on fixed assets. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the state and development of the administration and development of the tangible fixed assets and long-term financial assets of the town Valašské Meziříčí for the period 2012-2016. The methods of description, analysis, time analysis and comparison were used for the bachelor thesis. As part of the evaluation of the administration and development of the town property in the period 2012-2016 it was found, that the town Valašské Meziříčí manages its property economically. The town modernizes gradually and capitalizes on its property, the unnecessary property is removed effectively.
