Sociálně-psychologické aspekty chování příslušníků HZS v náročných situacích

Abstract

The essay deals with the psychological aspects of people working in areas which are centered on helping people in crisis situations. In the next part it discusses choosing appropriate people for the work at IZS (Integrated Rescue Service), who daily face the crisis situations. Last but not lest, it deals with the ways of coping with stress brought by this job. Part of the bachelor essay are also the results of the finished research from among the IZS members. In the first part, definitions from the area of the general psychology are mentioned. Those are important to understand how difficult the mentioned job in IZS is.
