Abstract

This diploma thesis is concerned with the issue of educating disabled people in the field of civil protection. The theoretical part covers the explanation of basic terms connected with civil protection and education. Furthermore, it describes the contemporary situation of education of disabled people in this issue. In practical part, it attempts to analyse communication needs of disabled people and environment of education of disabled people in the area of civil protection. On the basis of the analysis, the study proposes ideas of the contemporary situation improvement and also suggests the programme of education for disabled people in the field of civil protection.
