Using the hot normalized rolling of seamless pipes evenly heated in a three-stands sizing mill with the third dimensionally adjustable gauge and subsequent controlled cooling of these pipes can be a required structure, a grain size and the mechanical properties effectively achieved. These properties are comparable with properties of pipes after an annealing. Also the number of the required and additional regular annealing can be minimized owing to the managing of the described technology. The diploma thesis is focused on the statistical distribution of the mechanical tests results of the commonly used steel for pipes production before and after the normalized rolling launching in a rolling line Big Mannesmann. A turning point of the normalized rolling launching was a reconstruction and modernization of Big Mannesmann in 2008. The results of an analysis describe a percentage of a regular annealing decrease and an improvement of the mechanical properties.
