Finanční porovnání variant založení pasivního objektu

Abstract

Hlavním úkolem této bakalářské práce je finanční porovnání tří variant řešení založení novostavby bytového domu v pasivním standardu. Pro jejich snadnější porovnání jsou srovnávány varianty založení s přibližně stejným součinitelem prostupu tepla. První varianta založení objektu je řešena základovými pásy s tepelnou izolací z pěnového polystyrénu v podlaze. Pro druhou variantu založení se použije podsyp ze štěrku z pěnového skla Refaglass. U třetí varianty se použije keramické kamenivo Liapor. Výsledkem bakalářské práce bude zjištění, která z posuzovaných variant založení stavby je levnější pro bytový dům. Součástí bakalářské práce je technická zpráva bytového domu, položkový rozpočet a technologické postupy realizace založení stavby pomocí štěrku z pěnového skla.

The main task of this bachelor thesis is financial comparison of three variants of passive block of flats foundation. For easier comparison there are compared variants of building founded with the same heat transfer coefficient. The first variant of passive house founding is done by foundation strips with thermal insulation made from expanded polystyrene in the floor. For the second variant of building foundation is used subbase from gravel foam glass named Refaglass. For third variant of building foundation is used ceramic aggregate named Liapor. The result of this bachelor thesis is finding cheaper variants of building foundation for construction block of flats. The bachelor thesis contains technical report of block of flats, itemized budget and technological processes of realization of building foundation by using gravel made from foam glass.
