Abstract

FRYDRYCHOVÁ, Petra: Family House in Hruškový Sad, Muglinov, Ostrava: Bachelor thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of architecture, 2023. Supervisor of the bachelor thesis: Ing. arch. Igor Krčmář, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a PD for a building permit for the object Rodinný dům in Hruškový Sad, in the Muglinov district of Ostrava. The materials for this project were taken from the study designed in class Atelierova tvorba V and from the previous years of study. It is a two – story new building for a family of four. The project consists of a family house and a detached garage. The bachelor's thesis consists of two parts – the drawing documentation and the text part of the technical report. This thesis specializes in the technical equipment of buildings and the method of using rainwater in the house.
