Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the elaboration of a business proposal for a facility in the hospitality area. The bachelor thesis is composed of three main parts, namely theoretical-methodical principles for the processing of the business proposal, the actual elaboration of the business proposal and the evaluation of the results and recommendations that emerged from the processed analyses. The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to create a business proposal for a business, which offers hookahs. The sub-objective of the bachelor thesis was to process and evaluate SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and PEST analysis and to evaluate the viability of the project for its implementation through the elaboration of the financial plan. The business described in the business proposal is viable under all the development options described.
