Abstract
Objective of this dissertation is assessment of market value of the sports area VITALITY Slezsko, Ltd. – Vendryně. For the valuation was used the proprietary method of substantial value.
In the theoretical part I explain the issue of valuation and basic valuation methods, which are related to the valuation of company.
In the practical part I focused on company valuation. I charakterize sports area in terms of basic datas and by the strategic analysis is described internal and external enviroment of the Vitality Slezsko company. Financial situation of the company I researched by the methods of financial analysis and the last step in the practical part was the valuation of company Vitality Slezsko.
In conclusion statement of value as at 31. 12. 2012 is reported.
