Analýza motivačného programu vybranej firmy

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is motivation of employees BÖGL a KRÝSL, k.s. The aim of thesis is to determine overall satisfaction of emloyees. Another goal is to established information companies provide data that can be used to increase employee motivation. Research method used for detection of motivation is the questionnaire survey. Thesis is divided into three major parts. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of employee motivation. The second part is the analysis of employee satisfaction and motivation system of selected company. The third part talks about the proposals and recommendations to increase employees satisfaction.
