Abstract

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the employee recruitment and adaptation procedure in a selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the employee recruitment and adaptation process. Results of the analysis provide feedback from a selected group of employees and create the basis for the proposal to improve the adaptation process in the specific company. The researched processes were also compared with the theoretical base. After evaluating the results of the analysis recommendations for process improvements were suggested to the selected company.
