Abstract

The thesis deals with Modification of Cold Drawn steel Management Process in Selected Company. The theoretical part explains the issues of process management and subsequent business processes. The basic concepts of process management are defined and explained. It explains the importance and substance of improving business processes that impact to improving product quality, productivity and work efficiency. The company, process structure and processes are introduced in the practical part. The current state of cold drawn steel production is analyzed here. There is also a proposal of concrete changes in the process and their evaluation.
