Zlepšení procesu expedice ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšováním procesu expedice v podniku Strojírny a opravny Milenov, spol. s r. o. Celá práce se opírá o teoretická východiska, kde jsou popsány nástroje a metody používané při řízení kvality a způsoby měření kvality procesů. Jsou zde také objasněny procesy ve výrobním podniku. Dále je charakterizován vybraný strojírenský podnik. Zde jsou informace například o jeho předmětu podnikání, historickém vývoji nebo organizační struktuře. V praktické části jsou popsány a pomocí vývojových diagramů ztvárněny dílčí procesy expedice tohoto podniku. Následně jsou metodou FMEA procesu analyzovány potenciální vady a pomocí Paretovy analýzy stanoveny ty nejdůležitější. Na závěr práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení kvality expedice.

Diploma thesis deals with the improvement of the expedition process in the company Strojírny a opravny Milenov, spol. s r. o. The whole thesis is based on the theoretical ground, which describes the tools and methods used in quality control and methods of measuring the quality of processes. Processes in the manufacturing enterprise are also explained. Further, the selected engineering company is characterized. Here, for example, are information about business subject, historical development, or organizational structure. In the practical part are described partial processes of the expedition of this enterprise by using the flowcharts. Subsequently, potential defects are analyzed by the FMEA process and the most important are identified by Pareto analysis. At the end of the thesis recommendations are proposed for improving the quality of the expedition.
