Abstract

This bachelor thesis has been elaborated as a project of a two storey detached house without a basement. The materials and construction details chosen in the work reflect the current need of saving energy on heating on one hand and creating thermal comfort on the other. A sanitary installations solution and processing the waste waters have been covered in the part of building services engineering. The rain waters will be led to an absorbing area. The sewage will be collected and treated in the root-zone wastewater treatment plant
