Vliv tepelného zpracování na požadované mechanické vlastnosti materiálu S355J2

Abstract

The aim of the work is to find and experimentally verify the appropriate heat treatment of S355J2 steel forging so that the resultant mechanical properties were in accordance with the standard ČSN EN 10025-2 and while optimized of production. The experimental part is focused on the study and comparison of individual methods of heat treatment. The comparison is carried out between normalizing, controlled cooling, intensive cooling by the inter-operation control fan and subsequent cooling from the docking temperature in an insulated forging box. The final assessment of suitable heat treatment methods will take into account the economic and environmental demands of the method.
