Návrh funkcionality pro implementaci pracovních postupů v informačním systému exekutorských úřadů

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is innovation of a specific information system for executor offices and improvement of such system, so that any user can implement work processes into this system. The goal is design data flows a data structure for this new functionality, based on analysis and theoretical and methodical knowledge. First part of this work outlines theory for this set of problems and also includes methodology and methods used in designing new functionality. Next chapter describes current state in relation to work-related problem solving. Following chapter analyses processes and data in interviews with respondents. Based on these findings, the requirements for new functionality are defined. The design itself composes of two parts - function and information description. Function description includes function, organization and data streams diagrams. Information description is based on E-R diagram design. Final chapters suggest future advancements and tasks and contemplates expected benefits for executor offices and IS providers.
