dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce analyzuje rozpočtové hospodaření kraje, kde je uveden vývoj hospodaření krajů v letech 2005 až 2008 a také analýza hospodaření Moravskoslezského kraje od roku 2005. Práce se zabývá možnosti financování investiční činnosti krajů, kde jsou uvedeny možnosti, z čeho kraje mohou financovat své investiční akce. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit hospodaření Moravskoslezského kraje z pohledu jeho postavení mezi kraji České republiky a zhodnotit způsoby získávání finančních prostředků na investiční činnost kraje.cs
dc.description.abstractDiploma thesis analyzes the financial management of the region where the trend in farming regions between 2005 and 2008 and analysis of management the Region since 2005. This work deals with the possibility of financing investment activity regions, which are given options of what counties can fund their investment projects. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the management of the Region in terms of its position between the Czech region and explore ways of raising funds for investment activities of the region.en
