Měření a analýza dat nástupu Compartment Syndromu impedanční metodou

Abstract

This master thesis describes the issue of compartment syndrome in the extremities and its consequences. It also describes methods for measuring this syndrome, divided into invasive and non-invasive methods. The aim of the thesis is the measurement and processing of electrical impedance tomography data. First, measurements were performed on a test phantom, followed by a human subject. Human measurements were divided into several cycles. Image reconstruction is performed in the freely accessible software environment EIDORS. The resulting difference images are further processed in the MATLAB environment in order to divide according to the changes of impedance and subsequent segmentation of selected regions of interest. Analysis of segmented areas between measurement cycles is statistically processed and evaluated in the R-studio program. The results of the statistical test show the statistical significance of the change in area increase between measurement cycles.
