Abstract
The objective of my thesis was to propose recommendations to increase the visiting of the gastronomic facility.
In order to propose the necessary measures were needed to find weak points in particular enterprise.
The implementation of marketing research have been identified deficiencies, in particular in marketing communications and various aspects of the physical environment. The problem was also seen in the lack of provision of ancillary services.
Based on the results of research carried out, I propose recommendations to improve attendance restaurant.
