Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of education and employee development within the organization RENOMIA, a.s. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the state of education and employee development within the organization RENOMIA, a.s., and based on the identified information, to provide proposals and recommendations for potential changes. This work is divided into two main parts. The first part briefly introduces fundamental concepts serving as an introduction to the second part, which is the practical section. In the practical part, the analyzed company RENOMIA, a.s., was presented. Two research methods were employed for the analysis, the first being a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, and the second being a qualitative method involving two interviews. Based on the obtained results, proposals and recommendations for potential changes were provided.
