Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with project documentation for study of vila-house situated at unbuild parcel in Ostrava – Poruba city. The documentation is based on design study elaborated in subject ATT1. The aim of the study was to create comfortable, healthy and to certain point luxury living in villa-house for 3 larger and better situated families. Emphasis ware focused on standarts and technologies used in low-energy build-up, correct disposition of living areas in interior and esthetic design of the house’s exterior which all take effect at final shape of the haus and it’s documentation.
