Návrh a realizace zařízení pro bodové elektrické svařování

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the complete design and realization of the spot welding device. There is designed a control circuit of the device with adjustable length of welding cycle and visual signalisation for the operator. The entire device is analog based, without use of microcontroller. The thesis also includes a classification of types of welding, as well as function block diagrams, more closely dedicated to resistance spot welding.
