Abstract

I concerned with the topic Team and teamwork in my bachelor thesis. The aim of this work is to determine (identify) differences between teams of Slovak restaurant and their elimination to contribute to the maximum satisfaction customers. I realized analysis by the description of business process, key card activities, inquiring to the customers and personal interview with selected employees. I provide proposals and recommendations for improvement on the basis of results.
