Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the public services provided by towns Hlučín and Kravaře. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of public services these towns and next step is comparison of selected public services. The theoretical part (the second chapter) explains the concepts which are related to this theme. The third chapter deals with town Hlučín and Kravaře and analysis of public services in these towns. The fourth chapter compares selected public services. Observed results are summarized in the end of this bachelor thesis.
