SOBOTA, Jan. Motivation to Working in Shifts in Voluntary Fire Brigades. Thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická Univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2016, 46 pages The bachelor thesis describe the possibility of motivation for membership and active involvement in voluntary fire brigades that provide continuous readiness for intervention. These fire brigades working in shifts. The second chapter describe the working in shift in connection with legislation and the position of volunteer fire brigades in the Integrated rescue system. Evaluation questionnaire for fire brigade members is in the third chapter. Elaboration and evaluation questionnaire for the public is a content of the fourth chapter. The most important thesis part is the proposal options of motivation in the fifth chapter. Proposals options of motivation are based on the evaluation questionnaire for the public with regard to the evaluation questionnaire for firefighters.
