Abstract

This diploma work deals with a proposal of preparation of mining block in the 23th seam of the 15th strata at plant ČSA, Mine Karviná in Karviná. The introduction part describes history and geological characteristic of plant ČSA with characteristic of the 23th seam and a mode of deposition in this area. The other part deals with proposal and preparation of longwall 15 2351, draft of mining the prepared reserves, proposal of technology used for mining, solving the way of broken coal and material transportation, proposal of ventilation and labour protection. In the conclusion is presented the technical-economic evaluation of mining.
