Abstract

This thesis focuses on the process of liquidation or fusion by merging of domestic limited liability company. The theoretical part describes the two planned processes in accounting, tax and law aspects. The practical part describes the company and its current management, which is followed by an analysis of the individual steps and elements of the process of liquidation or fusion merging. The output of this thesis are the different scenarios how to solve the current economic situation of the company using the above processes.
